  • ½ cup Meat Church “The Gospel” seasoning
  • ½ cup honey bourbon BBQ marinade
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 4 tablespoons butter

How to Make Country Ribs

Preheat smoker to 240°F.

Prepare the ribs: Lay ribs on a cutting board and season generously on all sides with “The Gospel.”
