Meet the Pit Master
Every great barbecue site needs a pit master, and ours is Zach Morrow.
Born and raised in Texas, Zach developed a love for grilling and smoking the old-fashioned way—through years of trial, error, and plenty of backyard cookouts. What started as a weekend hobby eventually became a passion for creating recipes that are flavorful, approachable, and family-friendly.
From smoked ribs and reverse-seared steaks to burgers, brisket, and cast iron favorites, Zach is always looking for the next great recipe to share.
