Slider Ingredients

You will find a printable recipe card at the end of this post but here’s a quick look at what you will need to make these sliders. These are simple ingredients you can pick up at any grocery store.
- One package Hawaiian rolls (12 ct)
- 1/2 pound sliced turkey
- 1/4 pound sliced ham
- 4 slices smoked Gouda (about 3 oz)
- 6 ounces hot pepper cranberry jelly
- 2 tablespoons salted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
- 1 teaspoon buttery house seasoning
How to Make Ham and Turkey Sliders with Hot Pepper Jelly
Preheat smoker or oven to 350°F.
Divide the rolls into two sections of six each. Slice each section in half, keeping the bottom slightly thicker than the top.
Lay bottom halves in a baking dish. Spread a thin layer of hot pepper cranberry jelly on the bottoms.

Layer on the meats—turkey, ham, then turkey again.

Add smoked Gouda slices evenly over the meat.

Spread another thin layer of jelly on the inside of the top rolls.

Place the top rolls on the sandwiches.

Melt butter and brush it evenly over the tops.

Sprinkle with buttery house seasoning and parsley flakes.

Cover tightly with foil.

Place the baking dish on the grill and close the lid.
Grill for 15–20 minutes at 350°F, until the cheese begins to melt.
Remove the foil and grill uncovered for another 5 minutes for a golden top.

Remove from heat and slice into individual sliders.
Serve and enjoy!

Storage Tips
If you happen to have leftovers (which is rare!), store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, cover with foil and warm in a 325°F oven or on the grill until heated through.
