  • 1 cup finely shredded sharp cheddar (optional but highly recommended for structure + flavor)
  • ½ cup chopped craisins (plus extra for rolling)
  • ½ cup finely chopped pecans (plus extra for rolling)
  • 2–3 green onions, finely sliced

How to Make Festive Cranberry Pecan Cream Cheese Balls

Process the onions, pecans, and craisins. (I used my Thermomix food processor)

Mix the base.
Add all ingredients (except the extra pecans for rolling) to a medium bowl. Use a hand mixer for quick, smooth blending.

Taste and adjust.
These shine when the savory slightly outweighs the sweet—adjust salt, garlic, or onion powder as needed.

Chill.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up the mixture for easy rolling.

Roll into balls.
Scoop teaspoon-sized portions and roll into smooth balls.
